Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide youth sports registration and team services, including account and contact details, player and guardian information, registration responses, team assignments, schedules, attendance, messages, announcements, photos and files that members choose to share, and payment status.

Payment card information is processed by Stripe. FRNTROW does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

• To create and secure accounts.
• To process registrations, team invitations, payments, and refunds.
• To provide schedules, team communications, film, statistics, calendar subscriptions, and notifications.
• To help authorized program administrators manage their organization.
• To prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
• To meet legal, accounting, and safety obligations.

Who can access information

Parents and guardians, players, coaches, staff, and program administrators receive access based on their role and team relationships. Program administrators control membership and staff access for their organization. Vendors that help us operate the service—including hosting, authentication, email delivery, push notifications, and payment processing—may process only the information needed to provide their service.

Children and family accounts

FRNTROW is designed for organized youth sports. A parent, guardian, coach, staff member, or authorized program representative manages access for minors. Parents and guardians can contact the program or FRNTROW about their family’s information.

Photos, messages, and team content

Team content is limited to authorized members of the relevant program or team. Members should not share sensitive information in chat. Programs are responsible for setting and enforcing their communication, media, and participant-safety policies.

Data sharing and advertising

We do not sell personal information. The Nova Hoops app is ad-free. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account or program relationship is active and as reasonably necessary for registration, payment, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so members should use unique passwords and keep invitation and calendar links private.

Your choices

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings. You may contact your program administrator or FRNTROW to request help with account information, family access, corrections, or deletion.
