Account and app help

Get help with signing in, invitations, team access, notifications, registration, or your family account.

Include the player name, program, and transaction date. Never email complete card numbers or passwords.

Confirm you are signing in with the email address that received the invitation.
Update Nova Hoops to the newest available version.
Close and reopen the app after accepting a new team or staff invitation.
For urgent schedule or team questions, contact your program administrator or coach directly.
